Our Blends

In addition to Brazilian speciality coffee, a touch of Central America and East Africa is introduced in to the mix. Our signature House Blend brings you the taste of Honduras and Ethiopia to your pallet.

From the Cordilleras of the hill of Erapuca in Honduras is Ocotepeque, where speciality coffee is grown at lower altitudes above sea level, excels the citrus-chocolate and caramel flavour of speciality coffees; fragrant aromas and a clean and persistent taste.

Across the seas, originated in the highlands of Ethiopia and accounting for 59% of the world’s coffee production, we’re bringing you the finest quality of Arabica coffees grown at a high altitude with a naturally sweeter, sugary taste and fruity aroma. Ethiopia Sidamo is a type of Arabica coffee of single origin grown exclusively in the Sidamo Province of Ethiopia. Like most African coffees, Ethiopia Sidamo features a small and greyish bean, yet is valued for its deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma. The most distinctive flavour notes found in all Sidamo coffees are lemon and citrus with bright crisp acidity. Sidamo coffee includes Yirgachefe Coffee and Guji Coffee. Both coffee types are very high quality!
